Money apps love to raise their voice. This one doesn’t.
Lunira is a budgeting app for iPhone. It tells you where you stand in plain words — no exclamation marks, no streak to break, no lecture at the end of the month — and then it stops talking.
The difference
The same $90, said two ways.
One number, one month, one category over plan. The difference is entirely in how it gets said to you — and that difference is the product.
Every other budgeting app
You overspent by $90
You’ve blown through your Dining Out budget with 2 days still to go. Let’s do better next month.
12-day streak lostLunira
That’s it. No exclamation mark, no broken streak, no “let’s do better”. $90 over plan, and the two days you have left to decide what to do about it.
What you actually see
Numbers, and what they mean. In words.
Colour is never the only signal. Every state also says what it means in plain language, so nothing depends on your being able to tell rose from red.
Privacy
Your budget never leaves your phone.
Lunira has no backend of its own. No account, no sign-in, no sync, no ads, no trackers. Your name, your income, your spending and your goals are written to your iPhone’s local storage and stay there. The only thing that goes anywhere is your subscription, through the App Store and the service that verifies it.
Which cuts both ways, so it’s worth saying plainly: we can’t read your data, and we can’t get it back for you. Deleting the app deletes all of it. Read the privacy policy.
