Terms of Use
Last updated 1 September 2026
These terms apply when you use Lunira. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
What Lunira is
Lunira is a personal budgeting tool. It helps you record what you earn and spend, set budgets, and track savings goals. You enter the numbers yourself; the app organises them and shows you where you stand.
Lunira is not financial advice. It is not a bank, a broker, an accountant, or a licensed adviser, and nothing it shows you is a recommendation to make or avoid any financial decision.
It does not connect to your bank, and it cannot verify that the figures you enter are correct. Decisions about your money remain yours, and for advice about your particular circumstances you should speak to a qualified professional.
Your data
Everything you enter stays on your device. We do not hold it, cannot access it, and cannot restore it if it is lost — see the Privacy Policy for the detail. Keeping your device backed up is up to you.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription, sold through the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies, not by us.
Acceptable use
Please don’t reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app, use it to break the law, or try to interfere with how it works for other people.
Availability and changes
We may update Lunira, change what it does, or stop offering it. If a paid feature is withdrawn during a period you have already paid for, contact us and we will sort it out.
No warranty
Lunira is provided “as is”. We do our best to make it accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the calculations will suit every situation. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for financial decisions you make while using the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — which, in many countries, includes your statutory consumer rights. Those are unaffected by these terms.
